I prefer to see classic movies at a classic theater. Dearborn had several but got rid of them. Now I go to the Redford Theater to see the classics PLUS hear the vintage theater organ during intermissions. Tickets are usually less than $5.00 and concessions items are under two bucks! The place is owned and run by an all-volunteer organization who provide better service and atmosphere than you get at "nicer" places. 50 year-old movies are often SOLD OUT at the Redford. When was the last time you saw a sold out movie in this town? No cup holders or beer either. I wonder how they do it? Classic movies? I prefer to see classic movies at a classic theater.
