This seems to be a school time frame that worked for decades. When they changed school start times to so early is beyond me, but perhaps they should go back to the start times we had back in the day.

If an adult starts at 6 a.m. or 7 a.m., it helps to coincide with their schedule. So, never mind the impracticality of it all. Perhaps the public-school system across the U.S. could have the children begin their day at 5:30 a.m. That may please some who want to “get it over with.”
